B&B – Bed and Beagle?!?!

B&B - Bed and Beagle

There is a famous children’s poem that goes “There was an old woman who lived in a shoe…”, well how about living in a dog? Yes, now you can – only if it is for a few days!

The Dog Bark Park (a beagle-shaped Bed & Breakfast) was built by artist Dennis J. Sullivan and opened in 2003 in Cottonwood, Idaho. And if you’re thinking, “Wow, I would love to stay there but I don’t know if I could afford such luxurious accommodations,” well, you can. It is a BARKgain at only 124 bones (dollars in human speech) a night.

You will need to bring your own entertainment (such as your dogs!) because there is no TV or phones in this quaint and quirky B&B. Sweet Willy, the name of this beagle B&B, has many great amenities and has also been awarded the Trip Advisor’s 2016 Certificate of Excellence. There is a bathroom and two bedrooms – one of which is in the snout of Sweet Willy.
